These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made at Bahá'í Art, hereinafter referred to as the "Store," and the use of its website — https://bahai.art.br. By browsing and purchasing on our site, you (the customer/user) agree to the conditions described below.

2. Nature of Handmade Products

The works presented and sold on the Store's website are manually created and produced, which makes them unique. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that there may be small variations in colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes between the photo displayed on the site and the physical work received. You understand that this does not constitute a manufacturing defect, but rather an inherent characteristic of the artisanal process.

 

3. Production and Delivery Deadlines

Unlike industrial products, many of the works presented and sold on the Store's website are produced after your purchase is made.

• Production Deadline: 5 business days per work, unless it is explicitly stated that the work is available for "Immediate Delivery" (Ready to Ship).

• Shipping Deadlines: vary according to your location.

  • For domestic destinations (Brazil): The deadline varies from 1 to 5 business days.

  • For international destinations (specifically European Union countries, United States, and Canada): The deadline varies from 10 to 15 business days, excluding potential customs delays in the destination country.

The deadlines informed here are counted from the confirmation of the purchase payment.

4. Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• In Brazil: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Diners, Discover, and Hypercard) and payment via PIX.

• International (EU, USA, and Canada): PayPal.

5. Exchanges and Returns

Our policy follows the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) of Brazil:

A. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Regret): The customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the receipt of the product, to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use or damage. The refund will be made in the full amount (product + shipping).

B. Defective Products: If the product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer has a period of 60 days to get in touch. Attention: Natural variations of artisanal work (cited in item 2) are not considered defects. We do not exchange products damaged by misuse.

6. Product Care

As these are handmade pieces, some items may require special care (e.g., do not machine wash, do not expose to direct sun, etc.). The Store is not responsible for damages caused by failure to comply with the instructions for use and conservation sent with the product or described on the site.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, texts, logos, and designs present on this site are the property of Bahá'í Art. The copying, distribution, or misuse of images without prior authorization is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

9. Jurisdiction

The forum of the judicial district of Londrina is elected to settle any doubts arising from these Terms and Conditions.
