No. Your artwork will be painted/produced, according to the model you choose, after your purchase is confirmed. The only artworks that are ready for shipping are those marked with the "Ready to Ship" label.
The artworks presented and sold on our website are created, painted and produced manually, making them unique. Therefore, it is natural and inevitable that there will be slight variations in colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes between the photos displayed on the website and the physical artwork you receive.
The delivery time is the sum of on the painting/producing time of your artwork and the shipping time to your home.
For customers in the Eurozone, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, we estimate that your artwork will reach you within 20 to 25 business days of payment confirmation.
You will be updated along the whole process or production and shipping.
Counting from the moment you receive your artwork, you have 7 calendar days to regret your purchase, no matter the reason.
Please email ita.andrade@bahai.art.br (ita.andrade@bahai.art.br)stating your wish to return the artwork, and we will send you instructions regarding how to ship the artwork back to us.
Please note that it is essential that the artwork is undamaged. Handle it with care and use the same packaging and envelope you received it in for the return.
Once we confirm the item is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase.
When you purchase selected artworks on our website marked with the "Donation to the Temple" tag, we will donate 50% of the sale price to the Fund for the construction of the National House of Worship of Brazil.
